• No cash return. However, unused items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
• Exchanges can be made by contacting our customer care within working days between 9:00 to 5:00.
• If the price of any item purchased by you is reduced by us because of a Sale Promotion, then the exchange will be done at the marked-down new price.
• Exchange is only possible if the product is unused and undamaged.
• No claim of faulty merchandise or incorrect items received will be entertained unless it is lodged within 3 business days of receiving the goods.
• Goods purchased at promotional prices are eligible for exchange in case of size issue only. No other reason will be valid.
